Refund and Return Policy:

All standard products come with a 14-day, money-back guarantee for new and unopened products based on the delivery date as provided by CannaClear LLC. To receive a refund and to return products please contact our customer support team at support@cannaclearcbd.com. All purchases after 14 days are considered final, there will be no refund issued for any requests for refunds after 14 days have passed the initial purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Options:

USPS Packaging- corrugated boxes are used for mailing and packaging to ensure the safety of arrival of orders to your doorstep. We bubble wrap all glass and all packages ship from the address “CC Shipping Department”.

During the weekdays, (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) we ship ALL Orders same day as long as the order is received by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time. If there is high order volume, some orders may ship out the following day.  We take great care to ensure that your packages will arrive discreetly and safely to your doorstep.  You can rest assured your package ships within the expected timeframe (2-3 business days) and if you are a registered purchaser you will receive shipping updates via email with tracking and delivery information.  All our packages are scanned into the post office and we personally deliver them to our local post office for shipping.  This assures the highest priority of handling for your package.

The only exceptions are Nationalized Postal Holidays.  See the USPS for all national holidays.  Orders placed on Postal Holidays will resume on next Business Day.  Orders received after 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time will process the next Business Day. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging to help maintain your privacy.  We understand the need for discreetness to ensure your privacy.  Just like you we are people and understand that not everyone will be prone to our daily activities.

Currently we only offer Priority Mail shipping.
