What is Delta-8 THC?
Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-8-THC, Δ8-THC) is a psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It is an isomer of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9-THC, Δ9-THC), the compound commonly known as THC. Due to some of this information making certain health claims about the effects of Delta-8 THC we cannot go into much more detail. What do I do with bulk delta-8 distillate?
Many of our customers use our distillate to make their own edibles, tinctures, capsules, vape cartridges and some even just use it in it’s raw form.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order begins being packed up by our shipping department you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your order.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping but we plan to offer it soon via UPS.
Do you ship discreetly? Where do orders ship from?
All of our packages ship from “CC Shipping Department.”. We care about your privacy and do our best to preserve it. All of our orders ship from Kentucky.
What’s included with my order?
We include lab results as well as a letter to law enforcement in all packages explaining the legality of our products. All bulk distillate is vacuum sealed and bubble wrapped for shipping protection.

Do you test your products?
Our distillate is full panel lab tested for safety and compliance. The lab results can be found under our lab results section.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot change orders beyond refunding certain items if the order has been placed without canceling the order. For all orders that would like to add something additional, please place another order or email support at email@example.com to cancel your current order. For all cancellation requests, please email support at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped but you attempt to cancel the order you will be required to send the incoming package back to us to receive a refund.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes about 3-5 days from the date of the order to the date of arrival. We make sure all orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time of processing except on weekends. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
I would like a refund, how can I start the refund process?
Please see our return and refund policy here for more information. We only accept returns on unopened packages. If the package has been opened we cannot accept a return as stated in our refund policy. For all unopened packages that you wish to return please send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to help 🙂
